All services are provided subject to the terms of a separate written contract signed by both parties before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or commitment to perform services.

Estimates and Pricing

Any estimate or quote we provide is based on the information available at the time of the assessment. Estimates are not binding until reduced to a written contract signed by an authorized representative of Tamiami Lanai Sunrooms & Patios. Pricing may change if site conditions, scope of work, or material costs differ from what was assessed during the initial visit.

We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion. The submission of an inquiry or estimate request does not obligate us to perform work or guarantee availability.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Project start dates are scheduled based on permit timelines, material availability, and crew scheduling. We will communicate estimated timelines in writing, but cannot guarantee specific start or completion dates due to factors outside our control, including permitting delays, weather, and material supply.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in your written project contract and may include a deposit due at signing, progress payments tied to construction milestones, and a final payment upon project completion. All payment amounts, due dates, and accepted payment methods will be specified in writing before any work begins.

Failure to make payments according to the agreed schedule may result in a work stoppage or contract termination. Any unpaid balances may be subject to collection action in accordance with applicable Florida law.

Warranty Disclaimers

Any workmanship warranty provided by Tamiami Lanai Sunrooms & Patios will be stated in your written contract. Warranties on materials and products are subject to the terms of the original manufacturer and are passed through to you as permitted by those terms.
